1. Service Scheduling

• Services must be booked in advance through phone, email, or our website.

• Bookings are confirmed once a deposit or full payment is received.

2. Payment Terms

• Payment is due on or before the date of service unless otherwise agreed.

• We accept cash, check, or approved electronic payments.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Clients must give at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes.

• Late cancellations may incur a fee or forfeit the deposit.

4. Service Delivery

• Services will be delivered as outlined in your request.

• We are committed to timeliness, professionalism, and quality standards.

5. Refund Policy

• Refunds are issued only if services are canceled within the allowed notice period or if we fail to deliver the service as agreed.
