Fulfillment Policy

This Fulfillment Policy outlines how VFM Legacy Enterprises Incorporated manages the delivery of consulting, training, and equine therapy services.

1. Service Booking & Confirmation

• All services must be scheduled in advance.

• Bookings are confirmed once a signed service agreement or payment has been received.

2. Payment Terms

• Payment terms are outlined in the service agreement.

• Payments must be made on or before the scheduled service date.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be submitted at least 72 hours in advance to avoid fees.

• Rescheduling is permitted based on availability and mutual agreement.

4. Service Delivery

• Services are delivered according to the agreed scope and timeline stated in your contract.

• If unforeseen circumstances occur, new timelines will be communicated promptly.

5. Refund Policy

• Refunds are only issued if services are canceled within the allowed window or if we are unable to fulfill the service as agreed.
