Fulfillment Policy

This Fulfillment Policy describes how VFM Holding Incorporated delivers consulting, investment, and asset management services.

1. Service Engagement

• All projects begin with a formal proposal and signed agreement.

• Work begins only after acceptance of the agreement and receipt of any required deposits.

2. Payment Terms

• Payment schedules are outlined in each agreement.

• Late payments may delay project milestones or deliverables.

3. Cancellations & Terminations

• Either party may terminate the agreement in writing, with any work completed to date billed accordingly.

• Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.

4. Delivery of Services

• Services are delivered according to the project plan and timelines agreed upon.

• Any changes to the scope or timeline will be confirmed in writing.

5. Refund Policy

• Refunds are only provided if services cannot be delivered as agreed due to our fault.

• No refunds are issued for completed consulting work or reports.
