Any delays caused by external factors (e.g., third-party dependencies or client delays in providing required information) will be promptly communicated.
4. Client Responsibilities
To help us deliver services efficiently, clients must:

Respond to requests for documents, feedback, or approvals within agreed timelines.

5. Changes and Modifications

6. Cancellations and Refunds
Consulting: Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance may be rescheduled without charge. Less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.
Ongoing Services: Cancellation terms will be outlined in the signed agreement.
Projects: Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.
