Fulfillment Policy

At D-N-A Legacy Enterprises (“we,” “our,” “us”), we are committed to delivering our consulting, property management, and market analysis services with integrity, transparency, and efficiency. This Fulfillment Policy explains how we provide our services, expected timelines, and the responsibilities of both parties to ensure smooth and successful engagements.

1. Scope of Services

We provide the following core services:

  1. Consulting – Professional guidance tailored to real estate and business needs.

  2. Property Management – Oversight and maintenance of residential or commercial properties.

  3. Market Analysis – Data-driven insights to support informed investment and business decisions.

Each engagement is covered by a written agreement specifying:

  • Scope of work

  • Deliverables

  • Timelines

  • Fees and payment terms

2. Service Delivery

  • Consulting: Delivered via in-person meetings, phone calls, video conferencing, or email, according to client preference and availability.

  • Property Management: Services provided per the terms outlined in the property management agreement, including inspections, tenant relations, and maintenance coordination.

  • Market Analysis: Delivered as written reports, presentations, or interactive sessions, based on client needs.

3. Timelines

Timelines vary depending on the service:

  • Initial consultations are typically scheduled within 5–10 business days after the agreement is signed.

  • Ongoing property management services follow the schedule in the management agreement.

  • Market analysis reports are typically delivered within 10–20 business days from the start date, unless otherwise agreed.

Any delays caused by factors outside our control (e.g., third-party dependencies or client delays in providing necessary information) will be communicated promptly.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely and effective delivery, clients must:

  • Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery.

  • Respond promptly to requests for documents, approvals, or feedback.

  • Meet payment terms as stated in the service agreement.

5. Changes and Modifications

Any changes to service scope, timelines, or deliverables must be agreed to in writing by both parties. Additional fees may apply for changes outside the original agreement.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Consulting: Cancellations with more than 48 hours’ notice may be rescheduled at no cost. Less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.

  • Property Management: Cancellation terms are outlined in the signed management agreement.

  • Market Analysis: Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
