This Fulfillment Policy outlines how we provide our services, expected delivery timelines, and the responsibilities of both our team and our clients to ensure smooth and successful engagements.
1. Scope of Services
We provide the following core services:
Consulting – Strategic guidance for real estate development and business growth.
Property Management – Oversight, coordination, and maintenance of properties.
Market Analysis – Research and evaluation to support informed real estate and business decisions.
Each service engagement is governed by a written agreement specifying:

2. Service Delivery
Consulting: Delivered through in-person meetings, phone calls, video conferencing, or email communications, depending on client preference and availability.
Property Management: Provided as outlined in the signed property management agreement, including scheduled inspections, tenant relations, and issue resolution.
Market Analysis: Delivered in written report form, presentations, or interactive review sessions based on client needs.
3. Timelines
Delivery timelines will vary depending on the nature of the service:
Initial consultations are generally scheduled within 5–10 business days after the agreement is signed.
Ongoing property management services follow the timelines in the management agreement.
Market analysis reports are typically delivered within 10–20 business days from the start date, unless otherwise agreed.
We will promptly communicate any delays caused by external factors, such as third-party dependencies or client delays in providing necessary information.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients play an important role in ensuring timely and successful service delivery. Clients must:
Provide accurate and complete information relevant to the services.
Respond to our requests for documents, approvals, or feedback within agreed timelines.
Fulfill payment obligations as outlined in the service agreement.
5. Changes and Modifications
Any changes to service scope, timelines, or deliverables must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. Additional fees may apply for changes outside the original agreement.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Consulting: Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice may be rescheduled at no cost. Less than 48 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee.
Property Management: Cancellation terms are as outlined in the signed management agreement.
Market Analysis: Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
