Fulfillment Policy

At VFM Grazeland Incorporated, we are committed to delivering our services with reliability, transparency, and care. This Fulfillment Policy explains how we handle bookings, payments, cancellations, and service delivery.

1. Service Booking & Confirmation

  • All arena rentals, boarding services, and instructional clinic/event reservations must be booked in advance.

  • Bookings are confirmed once payment or deposit has been received.

  • A confirmation email or receipt will be sent to the contact provided.

2. Payment Terms

  • Payments must be made in full prior to or on the date of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Accepted payment methods include cash, check, or electronic payment.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service to receive a full refund or credit.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled date may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Rescheduling is allowed based on availability.

4. Service Delivery

  • We strive to provide services as scheduled and outlined in your booking.

  • Weather, facility conditions, or animal safety concerns may affect delivery; in such cases, we will work with you to reschedule.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued in the original form of payment.

  • Refunds are not provided for no-shows or same-day cancellations unless otherwise approved.
